The ease of use and setting up the App, the support and assistance, timely answering of questions.
There are lot’s of features I like in Zapable because all are useful and there for a reason! The features make you think about the services you provide and make it easy to create this in a downloadable online app for your audience and even the world.
It was so easy to get started and put the app together! There are some great add-ins that I didn’t even think about before, and now I’m so excited that they are in my app!
The ability to customize the app to fit my needs, and the premium app features they offer are good for start ups who want to prove their business plan.
It is super easy even for a beginner. Once finished with design, bringing your work to market via the app stores is also handled by Zapable
I like how the team of the Zapable are always available to chat… This one helped me so much.
I like the simple DIY interface along with the quick access to live help via their chat feature.
The support is great 7×24, we have only had few small issues. It is always great knowing you have a full team behind you to tackle it issues.

WHAT DO YOU DISLIKE?

The app was great to setup, there are only minor tweaks that I would love to see…. example: a cutoff date/time for registering for custom events
Some of the features are not entirely cutomizable and wont be a problem for lots of niches — in my specific niche I encountered 1 icon in a menu that is not customizable — which I need to change but cannot.
I look forward to more theme design options.
